Acceptance of Terms
The WordPress themes, plugins, extensions & snippets provided on wordpressliga.com are licensed under the GNU general public license.
All items listed on this site are developed by third-party developers and redistributed by WP Liga under the terms of the General Public Licence (GPL). WordPress Liga is not associated with or endorsed by the developers of any items featured on this site and don’t offer any additional author services like author’s support and license keys. WordPress Liga does not include product license activation keys for products purchased on this site. Activation keys are usually only necessary for automatic updates.
If a (current or new version of a) plugin or theme provided on this website does not work (anymore) without a valid license key (for example due to code modifications by developer for license validation), we will retire the product from our site, or offer the source code for free to our users. Always make sure to backup your website before updating! We will not be responsible if your site stops working correctly. In case of this happening, consider buying a license from original developer.
All products available on our site are original files (same files as you would get from the original author). In some rare cases a plugin or theme may not work as aspected without a valid license activation key. If this occurs, we may alter the source files to pre-activate it for you (we always do this ourselves, we do NOT add any backdoors or malware scripts!). If any purchased plugin / theme still doesn’t work properly we will retire it from our site and offer you a refund voucher in case of a single purchase.
All payments at Provider are non refundable and any request or dispute will be rejected without any communication. Only when the received product does not match the product description, customer can despute for a voucher for the original purchase price to find alternative item provided by WordPress Liga. We do not offer refunds for memberships, because you get instant download access after purchase.
WordPress Liga provides products “as is”, with no implied warranty that they will function exactly as you wish or with all third party components and plugins. No support will be provided via email. All products provided are supported by their original authors and not by WordPress Liga. If you need product support, please consider buying from the original author.
Customers will be required to create an account when purchasing any products. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and are not permitted to share and/or distribute their account login details. Customers are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account and agree to immediately notify WordPress Liga of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security. WordPress Liga will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from customer failure to comply with these terms. Please note that we require that all users be over the age of 13 to have a customer account.
Account Termination and Suspension
Provider reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any user account without notice, in its sole and absolute discretion. No refunds will be provided to customers who have their accounts terminated. Examples of reasons for termination include: 1) Abusive behavior and/or excessive negativity towards WordPress Liga staff and/or other customers of WordPress Liga; 2) Repeated defamatory, malicious, and/or false statements including slander against WordPress Liga, and/or attempts to persuade potential customers away from purchasing products from our site; 3) Promoting competitor products, contributing to software piracy, hacking, spamming, or other illegal acts; 4) WordPress Liga reasonably believes that your account has been compromised, shared with others, or for other security reasons.
After we’ve successfully received your payment, customer account login information will be emailed to the email address provided during sign-up. This may take up to 30 minutes after purchase but usually happens instantly. Though we can assure you of best possible 24*7 access to our website, sometimes downtime can happen which may temporarily limit services.
WordPress Liga reserves the right at any time to modify and/or discontinue a product with or without notice. WordPress Liga may add new products and/or services with or without notice. Prices of any product are subject to change at any time by posting the changes to this website. You can consider your payment for download access as a donation, we do not provide invoices.
Product Versions, Updates and Requests
The version number of each plugin or theme is indicated on it’s single product page, along with the date is was last updated by WP Liga.
We take great care in maintaining and updating all products on this site with the latest available versions. In any case, WP Liga reserves the right to discontinue updating any product on this site at any time without further notice. Examples of reasons for discontinuing include 1) Latest version does not function without a license key; 2) Product is discontinued by developer; 3) Subscription on developers site has ended.
Always check the latest version of a product before purchasing and using on a live site by comparing it with the latest available version by the developer, usually indicated on the original sales page under “changelog” (link to sales page is indicated on each single product page). When you have any doubts, please contact us to avoid any misunderstanding.
Users with an active account can request updates for any plugin or theme if a new version is available by developer. Submitting multiple requests for file update for the same product is not necessary.
All updates for items from developer Yith are momentarily discontinued from our shop. Yith items will remain available for download with version number as indicated. Update requests for Yith items will not be processed.
Demo Content and Import
For some products, mostly WordPress themes, it’s respective developer created demo content, often made available with a one-click install from your WordPress dashboard. However, the import function does not always work without a valid license key. For some plugins and themes we will include the demo content inside the zip folder for manual import.
Always keep in mind copyright when importing demo content, as images used in these demos are usually not allowed to use on your own site to avoid copyright claims.
WP Liga does not guarantee the availability of demo content for any product. When you have any doubts, please contact us to avoid any misunderstanding.
Business Use Of Our Goods and Services
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify WordPress Liga and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Good or Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.

To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you will need to send a written communication that includes substantially the following (please consult your legal counsel or see Section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to confirm these requirements):
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit WordPress Liga to locate the material. Providing URLs in the body of an email is the best way to help us locate content quickly.
Information reasonably sufficient to permit WordPress Liga to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Fair Use Policy
For security purpose, every user only can download a maximum number of files within 24 hours. This to protect all downloadable files from leechers.
Liability For Our Products And Services
When permitted by law, WordPress Liga, and WordPress Liga’s suppliers and distributors, will not be respondible for lost profits, revenues or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages. To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of WordPress Liga, and it’s suppliers and distributors, for any claim under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amound you paid WordPress Liga to use our goods and/or services. In all cases, WordPress Liga, and it’s suppliers and distributors, will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not teasonable foreseeable.
